- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain Greek-style yoghurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
- Blend blueberries, yoghurt, almond milk, water, and avocado in a blender until smooth.
