  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup nut milk of choice (almond, coconut, macadamia, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  2. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes and stir occasionally.

  4. Remove the porridge from heat and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
